  • Annual salary of $83,025 plus five weeks annual leave

The role

As Tenancy Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the programmes by managing the interaction with tenants, internal staff and other community stakeholders as required. You will assist in the development and implementation of tenant consultation and relocation processes. You will also be a key contact working with the People and Property Team and Communications teams to develop and deliver planned interactions and communications with tenants.

Ideally you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with experience in complex customer-facing roles in a project environment
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships, in difficult situations that may involve conflict
  • Strong communication and influencing communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Understanding of project management methodology
  • Full NZ driver's licence
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required when working with tenants in the Northland region
