  • 12 month fixed-term role
  • Based in our central Wellington office
  • Annual salary of $97,221 plus five weeks' annual leave

The role

Our vision is 'building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help us achieve this we are currently recruiting for a Schedule and Demand Planner to join our Wellington based Enterprise Portfolio Office. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking resource progress against our ongoing work programme and deliver detailed resource planning documents and forecast for future demand needs. You will work in partnership with our Business groups to maintain a consolidated view of work programmes which can be used to assess capacity.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Excellent critical thinking, with the ability to identify trends and distil complex information into insight and action
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnership
  • Sound project management skills and experience
  • Experience working in large complex organisations desirable
  • Strong expertise in relevant software applications required to succeed in the role, such as Excel, Microsoft Word, OBIEE (IDP)
  • Experience in workforce/resource planning and programme reporting desirable
