  • Annual salary of $115,518 plus five weeks' annual leave

The role

Our vision is 'Building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help achieve this, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our Wellington based Project and Programme Delivery team. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, control through stage gates and management of Business Change and Improvement and projects to ensure the desired business outcome is achieved.

This role will be focussed on nationally significant projects which will impact the quality of life for our tenants and the country as a whole. You will be working on projects focussed on ensuring we can continue to develop our capacity to build more high quality homes at pace and at reduced cost.

What you'll need to bring:

  • A project or programme-related qualification
  • Desirable experience as a Prince 2 Practitioner
  • Proven ability to competently manage projects with multiple demands, priorities issues and risks
  • Experience leading technical and business staff
  • Proven ability to maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proven understanding of key business and information technology processes
