  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Based in our Wellington National Office
  • Annual salary of $71,545 plus five weeks' annual leave

The role

Our vision is 'Building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders.' To help us achieve this, we are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities and Administration team.

In this role you will be responsible for project managing internal office changes, re-fits and relocations, and also ensuring our operational lease portfolio is effectively managed. You will also provide regular contract analysis and recommendations on suppliers and identify opportunities to improve our existing arrangements.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Desirable qualification in Practical Facilities Management, or recent experience in a facilities and fleet management related role
  • Practical experience in managing facilities across multiple sites
  • Knowledge of current ADLS leases
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • An ability to influence and develop relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills
