The role

Our vision is 'Building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help us achieve this we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader in our iProcurement team. This is a great career development opportunity for a aspiring leader to join an passionate team of iProcurement Specialists responsible for facilitating important functions within Financial Operations, namely, the Procure to Pay process. We are looking for a system savvy, problem solver who has demonstrated solid leadership, communication and analytical skills, is motivated towards their own personal development and would encourage and drive the same from their team. In this role you will be the expert voice of Oracle purchasing and compliance and be required to work closely with the wider business to assist them to meet the requirements of policy and navigate through the buying process, therefore the ability to think logically and maintain relationships is key.

You will lead the iProcurement Training Programme across the Corporation, maintaining and reviewing training documentation and work closely with other business units to identify and implement business solutions to better support the procure to pay process.

Strong Excel skills are required to provide analytical support, and experience in Oracle is preferred.
