Job Description

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Based in either our central Wellington or Greenlane, Auckland offices
  • Annual salary of $83,025 plus five weeks' annual leave

The role

Our vision is 'building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help achieve this we are currently recruiting for an experienced Trainer to join our Change Management team based in either our central Wellington or Greenlane, Auckland offices. In this role you will work with the Change Management Specialists to ensure that our people who are impacted by change clearly understand why the change is necessary and have access to information, resources and learning to support their transition to the new or different way of working.

You will support the implementation of new service offerings from initiation through to release as well as deliver learning focussed on the increasing our peoples proficiency and effectiveness through change initiatives.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver specialist training courses
  • An understanding of management practices including leadership and change capability
  • Proven experience in developing designing and evaluating learning programmes
  • Experience in conducting training needs analysis
  • Expert presenter and facilitator of learning including discussion, focus groups workshops and courses
  • Some change management and/or project experience would be an advantage
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and establish strong relationships at all levels
