  • Permanent full-time role
  • Based in our Central Wellington Office
  • Annual Salary of $97,221 plus five weeks annual leave

The role

Our vision is 'Building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help achieve this, we require a Technical Specialist who will provide second and third level operational support of the technical environment; will recommend, design and improve the quality of the production facilities and operational services by providing high quality system management and technical expertise and advice.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Ideally a minimum of five years demonstrated experience working as a systems administrator or engineer with Microsoft Server Technologies
  • Ability to perform advanced configuration and management tasks within Windows and Linux OS
  • Office 365 migration or support experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with networks around deploying and supporting firewalls, routers, switches and load balancing
  • NTFS and NFS skills and experience
  • Ability to identify, quantify and resolve performance concerns across multiple infrastructure layers
