Job Description

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Based in our Greenlane office, Auckland
  • Annual salary of $56,375 plus five weeks' annual leave

This role is pivotal to the effective operation of the annual acquisition and divestment programme mandated by Housing New Zealand. As an experienced Property Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering professional, high volume property and transactional support services for the Construction Group. You will be confident in managing multiple tasks in a busy environment where accuracy is paramount. The successful candidate for this position will have a positive outlook and be highly organised and passionate about achieving results.

The role:

  • Preparing property files for sale and purchase
  • Processing purchase orders and invoicing
  • Verifying and validating data to ensure information is updated and accurate
  • Administering, updating and maintaining asset databases
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and teams

Your experience will include the following:

  • A tertiary qualification in English, business communications, accounting, data information systems or equivalent work experience
  • A comprehensive knowledge and experience of contract administration practices within the property industry
  • Excellent working knowledge of and experience in the preparation of tender and contract documents
  • Experience with property law , residential property and conveyance related transactions an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of project management systems - ideally including Oracle, IDP, and Microsoft Office Software
  • Significant communication, presentation and business awareness
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to working with and organising a team
