Ko tā mātou mahi - Our role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our Wellington based team. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, control through stage gates and management of Organisational Change projects to ensure the desired business outcome is achieved.

This role will be focussed on nationally significant projects which will impact the quality of life for our tenants and the country as a whole. You will be working on projects focussed on ensuring we can continue to develop our capacity to build more high quality homes at pace and at reduced cost.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:

  • A project or programme-related qualification
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner experience desirable
  • ICT integration implementation experience (at least two or three years)
  • Experience working within a large programme
  • Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) experience desirable
