File Management Centre Support Officer

Counties Manukau District

Salary Range: $51,123.00 - $69,167.00

Permanent, Fulltime

The Counties Manukau District offers the opportunity to a motivated Police Employee to join our File Management Centre (FMC) team. Our FMC team is an integral part of the case management structure and supports a number of key elements of the case management process.

 

File Management Support Officers provide an effective, cohesive case management system for all District files, responds to Official Information Act and Privacy Act requests within the required timeframe, and may provide external telephone communication services at District and attend public counters as required.

 

The role will operate on a rotating 24/7 shift pattern. The purpose of this role is to deliver, and support the Counties Manukau District to deliver, Our Business.

 

 

Skills - you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Systems and the National Intelligence Application (NIA)
  • Enter, update and report on high volume files/documents/data entry processes
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills

 

 

Experience - you will have:

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and application of computer based records, reporting, data accuracy, and data integrity
  • Demonstrate proficiency in time management and an ability to prioritise workload.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a team environment
