The Workplace Safety and Levy team uses human centred design and agile implementation processes to design and implement products and services that enhance the experience our business customers have with ACC and support continuous improvement across New Zealand's health and safety system.

About the role:

As the Implementation Coordinator, Levy and Workplace Safety you will be responsible for providing support and expertise to the Design and Implementation Leads to ensure agile methodologies, practices and controls are applied consistently across projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support and provide assistance to Design and Implementation Leads with financial forecasting and variance reporting
  • Support the Design and Implementation Leads with planning and scheduling across the design and implementation programmes
  • Follow up with project members regarding time sheeting and third party invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate a range of activities for projects including meetings, drafting meeting artefacts, coding and processing invoices, workshop management, vendor queries and timesheet management
  • Support Design and Implementation Leads to maintain project controls, preparing reports and tracking progress to ensure delivery is achieved
  • Work collaboratively with the Design Senior Co-ordinator to ensure all projects/initiatives have suitable coordination support
