Job Description

In the Customer Group, we're focussed on activity that will improve our customer's experience and help create an organisation that kiwis trust and value. ACC's core focus is to prevent accidents from happening as best we can, and when they do, reduce the impact of injury.

As our Senior Customer Experience Design Specialist, you will partner with one of our three key business units to ensure the customer remains at the centre of every decision we make, ensuring insightful feedback flows to all corners of the organisation, sparking action that results in something great happening for our customers. The successful candidate will manage our Provider portfolio, however you can expect to work closely with our other Customer Experience Design Specialists, who manage our Client and Business Customer portfolios.

About the Role

This role reports into the Manager, Customer Feedback and Experience Design. On a day to day basis you will proactively work with the business, and in particular Provider Service Delivery (PSD) to ensure we deliver with the voice of our customers, and the commitments we've made to them, at the forefront of our minds. Day to day, your key stakeholders will be the PSD design and delivery teams, and you can look forward to embedding yourself within their key transformation initiatives to ensure the expectations of our customers are addressed in a compelling way. You can also expect to be a key facilitator in the conversations about addressing our Provider's pain points.
