We're working to transform ACC into an organisation that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. The Business Customer Service Delivery Group is delivering a range of improvements that will make it easier for businesses to deal with ACC.

This is a newly created position to best support our transformation and ensure we are fit for the future. This is a pivotal role which leads 4-6 direct reports and connects the work of the Business Customer Service Delivery (BCSD) group with the wider organisation. The team is responsible for implementing service and design improvement, working with customer systems and operational planning.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for a savvy leader who has business and operational experience and has embedded a culture of high performance and capability development. You will also bring your experience with service design, business improvement processes and understanding project/programme management. An understanding of how best to leverage IT solutions for improved results and regulatory environments and frameworks will be advantageous for this role.
