We're transforming ACC into an organisation that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. The Business Customer Service Delivery Group (BCSD) is delivering a range of improvements that will make it easier for businesses to deal with ACC.

About the role:

The Risk Sharing Manager is a newly created position to best support our transformation and ensure we are fit for the future. The role covers the administration of ACC's current Accredited Employers Programme, and any future risk sharing options developed.

The role is responsible for ensuring ACC's Risk Sharing Programmes meet legislative and contractual requirements, including financial reviews and management of on-site audits. The role leads a team of 11 risk and compliance experts.

What we're looking for:

To be successful in the role you will have proven experience and success in leading, motivating and managing people as well as experience in change management.

You will have excellent planning, financial, and organisational skills. Good interpersonal skills will be paramount to the success of the role.
