About the role
The purpose of the supported resolutions coordinator is to promote the greater use of supported resolutions amongst front line staff and drive improvements in the quality and volume of referrals to service provides within the community. The supported resolutions coordinator will enable District staff to take every opportunity to appropriately use their constabulary discretion to utilize supported resolutions, whether through a provider or some other supported resolution options.
- Strong written and communications skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement management
- Develop long-term productive relationships with key Iwi/Maori influencers and service providers
- Develop and implement a system for your district to provide staff with constrictive feedback on areas of risk - risk mitigation
