The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) plays a critical role in regulating capital markets and financial services in New Zealand and providing better outcomes for investors, consumers, professionals, businesses, and for the New Zealand economy.

Are you interested in court processes and investigations? Does working on high profile cases sound interesting and exciting?

We are looking for an evidence coordinator superstar who can follow our processes and work with our investigations team to support investigators and litigators managing information and evidence.

Your key duties would include following our evidence management processes, managing our support software and databases, data entry, collection of information and documents, collation, storage, and general administration tasks.

Experience in the use of litigation support software and databases would be beneficial but not essential. You will be passionate about working with people and be able to operate in a fast paced and ever changing environment, with an active interest in litigation and evidence management.

Key to your success will be your proven experience in a team support or administration role and you will be skilled at building strong relationships across teams. You will need to be organised, a strong communicator, detail oriented, demonstrate good judgment, and be confident working independently.
