Physical Education Officer


New Zealand Police

Permanent, Full-time

Remuneration range: $ $67,261.00 - $91,000.00

New Zealand Police have an advanced health, fitness and wellbeing program for our staff, and are seeking a dynamic health and fitness professional to join our team.


Skills: you will be able to:

  • Deliver fitness testing for employment processes.
  • Develop and deliver strength and conditioning programs.
  • Identify risks, trends and opportunities through health and lifestyle interventions.
  • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of positive relationships.


Experience you will have:

  • 1.5 years experience in tactical strength & conditioning or exercise science or health / fitness delivery to tactical/emergency services personnel or diverse populations.

Special Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, Human Movement, Physical Education or related field health and sports science field.
