The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join PHARMAC on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. The role is wide-ranging across all facets of operational and strategic Human Resource Management. 

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services/CFO you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive and the Senior Leadership team. You will manage a small Human Resources team and lead the development, implementation and ongoing updating of PHARMACs People and Capability Strategy.

 

About You

We are seeking applications from suitably-qualified and experienced people who:

  • flourish in a fast paced, hands on environment which is currently undergoing a change of strategic direction,
  • have previous HR Management experience with a proven track record for partnering with teams to achieve results,
  • demonstrated experience in HR strategy development and implementation,
  • display a natural leadership and coaching style, and
  • have superior written and verbal communication.
