Auckland Harbour Bridge, Waitemata District

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary Range $48,188 - $65,197

We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Mobile Traffic Camera Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up and monitoring speed detection equipment throughout Waitemata District.


This role requires you to be able to work autonomously with limited supervision on a day to day basis and an ability to work in with team members working towards our business goals. You will need to be flexible with the ability to work shift work, including working early mornings, evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Skills and experience - you will need to be able to:

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the Safer Journeys Action Plan (2016-2020) in relation to safe speeds.
  • Demonstrate an intermediate level of computer proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office, and the ability to file reports and maintain logs following required procedures and processes.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing situations and manage time effectively to meet high work demands and objectives.

Special requirements:
