Remuneration range: $52,992.00 - $71,693.00

We are looking for a positive and highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our dynamic, high performing team.


We're looking for outstanding candidates who:

• have experience as an administration professional

• have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• have proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

• hold a full drivers licence and are able to drive Police vehicles

• are able to prioritise to meet deadlines

• have, or are able to obtain, the appropriate security clearance.


You will report to the Team Leader Executive Services, but on a day-to-day basis, you'll support members of our Senior Leadership Team or Executive Leadership Board.

Special Requirements

  • To apply for this role you must be a NZ citizen or permanent resident.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain Security Clearance to Top Secret Level.
  • Candidate must have a full New Zealand Drivers Licence.
