Workforce Analyst

New Zealand Police

Wellington and Lower Hutt

Permanent, Full-time

Multiple Positions Available

Remuneration range: $62,925.00 - $85,139.00

We are looking for an experienced professional to be part of the National Workforce Management team to deliver pro-active analytical and functional support while building capability in the full range of workforce requirements across our 12 policing districts.

The purpose of this development opportunity is to provide accurate workforce forecasting, planning and reporting; to develop and manage rosters to best support Our Business.

This position is responsible for providing efficient and effective support and guidance to District Workforce Management Teams to enable operational deployment opportunities. This position calls for a performance driven individual with energy and enthusiasm to support NZ Police in delivering results and driving performance.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and experience in the use of information management systems to support operational requirements
  • Experience developing working relationships with operational staff
  • Have strong analytical skills using information systems and experience in workforce scheduling and/or human resource management.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and solving their problems
  • An ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues

 

Special Requirements

  • To apply for this role you must be a NZ citizen or permanent resident
  • There will be a requirement for the selected candidate to work in both Police National Headquarters and Lower Hutt office.
