Frontline Station Support Officer

New Zealand Police

Henderson, Waitemata District

Permanent, Full-time

Remuneration range: $49,634.00 - $67,153.00

This is a nationally advertised vacancy for a Frontline Station Support Officer (FSSO) in the Waitemata District based at the Henderson Police Station.

Everyday you will be dealing with challenging situations which you will need to approach with professionalism, respect, empathy and in a positive manner. You will be welcoming customers into the station and ensuring their enquiries are understood and handled appropriately.

This role is shift work encompassing early and late shifts including the weekends and public holidays.

Training will be provided to the successful applicants by the supportive team you will work with.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Potential to perform well in the position, given a reasonable period of time for familiarisation and/or training
  • Personal attributes and temperament relevant to the position
  • Good customer service, ensuring discretion and fostering customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a team and develop relationships within the organisation and externally

 

Special Requirements
