Permanent, Full-time

Remuneration range: $52,992.00 - $71,693.00

The Police Infringement Bureau (PIB) contributes to the effort to reduce death and serious injury on our roads under the umbrella of the National Road Policing Centre. It is part of the National Operations Group whose purpose is to deliver 'Our Business' through coordinated national services.

The role will be managing the processing and response to requests for information from the Police Infringement Bureau. You will be ensuring the timely response to a wide variety of internal and external requests for information, ensuring compliance with internal and statutory standards, OIA and parliamentary requirement processes.

This will involve researching and accessing large volumes of data, and acting as a source of expert information and advice for staff. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of replies, and ensuring they are processed in a timely fashion.
