The Role

Are you passionate about capturing life on camera? Is your mind bursting with original ideas and engaging ways to tell stories visually?  We're seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful and technically dexterous individual with a talent for video production to fill a key role within the marketing services team at Ara.  The position of Videographer offers the chance to be part of a solutions-focused team that works collaboratively to achieve results, and provides the opportunity be creative across a diverse range of topics and tasks.

 

Specifically, we're looking for someone who:

  • has proven experience creating engaging short-form video content from concept to completion
  • is confident, enthusiastic, engaging and highly motivated
  • is proactive with a high degree of initiative and a can-do, will-do attitude
  • can be an integral part of a highly-motivated team of creative individuals producing a large volume of work to a high standard
  • seeks to be creative, generate ideas and work collaboratively
  • has a minimum 2-3 years' experience in videography profession delivering engaging video material for a variety of media platforms

 

Skills/Experience

  • a high level of technical proficiency in operating audio-visual equipment, editing and post production and digital deliverables
  • excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • the ability to prioritise workload and plan productions
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • a full driver licence
  • a tertiary-level qualification in a related discipline is preferred
