We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to come and work in the diverse Counties Manukau District. It is busy and challenging but most definitely rewarding. The community is made up of many different ethnicities, cultures and backgrounds. Counties Manukau has a history of being an innovative and progressive District, we pride ourselves on offering great development opportunities for our staff, the office is made up of young and enthusiastic staff working alongside experienced FMSO's.  We have five sections that work a 24/7 roster and one section that works a combination of early and late shifts

 

Skills and Experience- you will be have or be able to:

  • Experience managing staff administratively and leading behaviours that promote both Our Business and Police values
  • Adapt style or approach to the individual and situations
  • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of positive relationships
  • Juggle rapidly changing priorities and demands

 

Competencies - you will demonstrate the following:

  • Deliver - Team Manager/Leader Level
  • Develop- Team Manager/Leader Level
  • Lead - Team Manager/Leader Level
