We are seeking someone with the right skills and mind-set to fit into a small dedicated team of 5 reprographics centre staff working from Harlech House, Otahuhu.

 

This is a permanent full time position. The role encompasses everything from copying, printing and binding through to layout design and desktop publishing.  The team produce booklets and other presentation material to support operational investigations and prosecutions, general corporate printing of a variety of documents and also design & printing work for many prevention initiatives.

 

Ideally applicants will have background and skills in the copying and printing field and have some familiarity with desktop publishing software including Microsoft word and the Adobe suite of software including Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop.  Computer experience and skills are essential.

 

Skills - you will be able to:

  • Work closely within a small team and build relationships with external partners
  • Prioritise workload and manage task efficiently
  • Use computers and desktop publishing software. Copying, printing, binding.
