Remuneration range: $49,634.00 - $67,153.00

A full-time Frontline Station Support Officer role is available based at Waikato DHQ (Hamilton Police Station).

The role of Frontline Station Support Officer encompasses working on the Public Counter to provide face-to-face contact for members of the public and involves taking reports, statements, data entry, dealing with lost/found property and other duties as required. This position requires the use of various Police and standard computer systems.

The role includes assisting other workgroups when required.

The Station Support Officer role is a team based position in an open plan office. The hours of work are rostered between 07.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Sunday. The roster comprises of 6 days rostered on duty followed by 4 rostered days off with an additional rostered administration day once every ten weeks. Rostered shifts are predominantly 9 or 10 hours per shift.

Training is provided to the successful candidate by the supportive team around you.

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and application of computer based record, file management and Microsoft Office systems.

Additional Information:
