Remuneration range: $83.329, 00 - $112.741, 00

We are looking for a Team Leader to help lead a high performing Executive Services Team who are focussed on ensuring the Police Executive gets the best administrative support possible.  

You'll be an experienced people manager who is adept at driving a high performing culture across Teams.  You'll be an exceptional performer and passionate about delivering a great level of service.  You'll be a self-starter with high initiative and know how to get the best out of the people that work for you.  You'll set high standards and help the people you work with to achieve them.


We're looking for outstanding candidates who have:

  • Managed and led Teams in complex operating environments
  • Worked successfully with Executive members to prioritise administrative support to deliver on organisational priorities
  • Driven a high performing culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A great outlook on life and are motivated to helping the Police Executive be the best that they can be.
