Teaching and Learning Advisor

Royal New Zealand Police College

Permanent, Full Time

Police Employee, Salary Range $83,329 - $112,741

Two Positions Available

Applications are sought from suitable applicants to fill the role of Teaching and Learning Advisor, located at The Royal New Zealand Police College, (RNZPC).

 

The Teaching and Learning Group is responsible for developing training solutions for a variety of different workgroups across Police. 

 

You will work as part of a team of Teaching and Learning Advisors designing a range of training products including; e-learning products, mandated training, online training and material for delivery on a range of Police courses.

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing a range of learning products for adults, applying Adult Learning Principles
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of technology based applications to deliver products and services.  Experience in multi-media design products would be an advantage
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft office products e.g. word, excel, power point

 

Certification Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage

 

Special Requirements:

  • Must be a New Zealand or Australian citizen, or a New Zealand resident, or have a valid New Zealand work visa to apply for this position
  • Successful applicants must reside in Wellington
