Workforce Coordinator

New Zealand Police

1 x Permanent, Full-time

1 x 12 month, Fixed Term

Canterbury

Remuneration range: $49,634 – 67,153

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team in workforce management based at Christchurch which may involve an element of shift work. This role supports the Canterbury District leadership team, managers and staff to enable Our people to deliver Our Business through management of rosters, abstractions, certifications and deployability. There are two positions one is a full time position and one is a fixed term for a period of twelve months.

Experience:

 

  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Excel and other Windows based programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and have the ability to organise/analyse data in a structured manner.
  • Enter, update and report on computer based record keeping/ filing systems.
  • Prepare and present (written or verbal) information in a clear and concise way
  • Demonstrates a keen eye for attention to detail with ability to work methodically and quickly within a team and autonomously
  • Comprehend and apply policy

 

Special Requirements:

 

  • Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete an Excel test around rostering.
  • A working knowledge of Kronos and SAP is preferred.
  • You must be a NZ citizen or permanent resident.
