The South Auckland Social Wellbeing Board (SASWB) is looking for an Evidence and Insights Analyst to be part of Board's Implementation Office team. Counties Manukau District Health Board (CM Health) is the host agency for the SASWB and this role is employed through CM Health.
The South Auckland Social Wellbeing Board (SASWB) is an interagency multi sector government initiative seeking to improve health and social outcomes for children and their whaanau in South Auckland. It is doing this by bringing together local decision-makers to make more effective decisions based on local and national intelligence, evidence and community insights.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This position will take a key role in the SASWB to assist in ‘on the ground' rapid learning/evaluation which will feed into the SASWB programme. The evaluation approach is mixed methods, with a strong focus on developmental/formative evaluation and quality improvement methodologies.
This position will work closely with the SASWB Implementation Office team and across the SASWB work programme to help capture key quantitative and qualitative data and learnings which will feed back to continually shape the SASWB agency priorities and opportunities for system change.
This role will involve working across multiple agencies and organisations and will require information to be outputted in a variety of ways to meet the needs of various audiences and stakeholders.
This is a fixed term, full-time role through to at least June 2023, and will be based at 19 Lambie Drive, Manukau. There may be an opportunity for an extension of this role beyond June 2023.
