We have an opportunity for a Senior Insights Analyst to join our team based at Middlemore Hospital. This position is a key contributor to providing expert analysis and high quality reporting to assist critical decision making within CM Health and beyond. Your key focus in this role will include providing analytical support to CM Health for whole-of-system measurement, operational monitoring, quality improvement, policy analysis.
You will provide a coaching and mentoring approach to colleagues in the service, therefore be an expert in a range of tools, approaches, and have experience of leading work programmes. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, some of which can be worked remotely.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has extensive health experience and enthusiasm for research, analysis and reporting to drive system wide improvement. Your previous experience in development, delivery and management of information systems and/or business intelligence solutions will be critical to this role. Working with senior clinicians, business users and working in large complex data sets are encouraged to apply for this senior position.
