You'll be working in a collaborative and supportive team who provide day to day support to the Crown Law Office. This role will see you develop your office administration skills and develop strong relationships through the business. The work is fast-paced and varied, where no two days are the same.

Mō te Tūranga - About the role
You'll be responsible for maintaining a wide range of quality administrative and system support including:
- facilities support
- mail and hand deliveries
- meeting coordination
- financial administration
- general administrative support.
This is an entry level role with an appointing salary range of $50,048.55 to $55,400.98. Appointments will be based on skill and experience (Please note, the full salary range extends beyond this to allow for tenure progression.)
What you'll bring to the role:
- A proactive approach with great problem-solving skills
- The ability to collaborate, be approachable and have a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to put the customer first
