The Feedback Central Service manages feedback and adverse events within the organisation. We are looking for a Quality Liaison Officer to facilitate, coordinate and support the CM Health services and community in feedback management based on best practice. This is a full time position and based at Middlemore Hospital.

Through Feedback Central, we ensure we have a standardised approach to complaint and adverse event management, as well as improving our services through learning from feedback received.
We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic individual that have the people skills to work in partnership and collaboration with all services and patients and their whaanau. In this role you will analyse patient feedback, guide and co-ordinate service's appropriate management of feedback and provide education to staff to build our overall feedback management capability.
You will ideally have a health or quality related tertiary qualification, an expertise in quality and experience in problem solving and reporting writing. You will need a basic knowledge and understating of medico-legal and ethical responsibilities within healthcare, excellent facilitation skills and both written/oral communication skills is essential to be successful in this role.
