We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to support the transition of Counties Manukau Health's pool of approx. 240 ICE vehicle fleet to Electric Vehicle fleet by 2025, strategic planning, management and operation of the organisation's vehicle fleet and manage the shuttle service.
You will manage and be responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for fleet optimisation, transition, acquisition, pool vehicle assignment, utilisation, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles.
The ideal candidate will need to have extensive experience with 5 Years in fleet management and ideally some experience in EV fleet transitioning. Strong leadership and negotiating skills, highly motivated and results orientated and ability to work under pressure and prioritise work appropriately to lead a team to achieve objectives and targets.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday position and based at Middlemore Hospital.
