This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to be part of our team and help provide coordination and support to the Facilities Capital Projects. This is a full time, 2-year fixed term working Monday to Friday and based Middlemore Hospital.
Reporting to the Project FF&E Manager, you will co-ordinate and support Facilities Capital Projects from the initiation stage through planning, design, construction and commissioning and occupation phases. The role requires excellent communication skills, well proven relationship management and strong logistical co-ordination of activities required across multiple projects.
Your strengths will include project coordination experience preferably from a large, complex organisation (health sector experience would be advantageous), excellent verbal and written communication, complemented by exceptional organisational skills. This will be backed up with an attention to detail and comprehensive skills in providing the required administrative support for the project reports and documentation. Your ability to work under pressure, keenness and general willingness to help with a can-do attitude that "nothing is too much trouble' will be well received.
You will need to communicate with stakeholders at all levels from a variety of backgrounds. The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work across a variety of projects simultaneously will also be important. No working week will be the same!
