The General Manager Operations role is responsible for the oversight of the National Operations function which includes a large 24/7 function that supports the people on sentences and orders with electronic monitoring and High Risk Response. In this role you will be the key link to driving innovation and continuous improvement to deliver positive outcomes to a range of Central Services including the development of a large diverse team. You will identify and maximise initiatives and delivery approaches that will improve outcomes for offenders, including those people on electronic sentences and orders, who present the highest risk. You will need to be organised and prepared, be able to balance people leadership and motivating large teams to share a common vision, purpose and work collaboratively to achieve strategic goals. This role is a key strategic leadership position reporting to the National Commissioner.
