As a Community Work Supervisor you will oversee and manage up to 10 people who are completing their Community Work sentences on meaningful projects through-out your community.
These roles will be 4 days per week - 9 hours per day, with a working profile between Tuesdays to Saturday. Weekend work is required.
You will have a home base at our Hamilton Office but might be working across the district at various times to meet operational needs - so flexibility is required. Please note that at times some physical work will be a component of your week.
You must have a full driver's license and be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles competently. We do require you to be confident in the use of towing trailers while driving a van.
If you believe you have the ability to motivate others and can work with a variety of diverse people in multiple situations then hit the apply now button and send us your details.
We will provide the training and support you require to become a part of our team who believe in “Everyone Everyday Safe” in our community.
This is a powerful career choice, where you can make a difference by working with individuals, whanau, iwi and community organisations to create a pathway for improved futures in New Zealand.
All applications must be submitted online via our recruitment system. Applications that are emailed directly will NOT be considered.
