  • Proven leadership ability and/or experience in leading teams in operational environments
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills,

  • A healthy dose of enthusiasm, initiative and a positive can-do attitude

Because in this role you'll be managing the team that supports deployed staff, your working hours will be varied and at times unpredictable. An Operations Centre is also a unique operating environment. To cater for this uniqueness and unpredictability, you'll receive a $10,000 allowance on top of your salary in this role.

If this sounds like you and you can demonstrate you have the requirements we are looking for, we are keen to hear from you.

As well as interesting work, we also offer growth and development opportunities and subsidised health insurance. Most importantly, the outcomes from your work will have a direct impact on the security and well-being of New Zealand.
