He angitūtanga - The opportunity
EECA is moving Aotearoa towards a sustainable energy system that supports the wellbeing of current and future generations. Working towards this goal, our Business Group (including the Products and Partnerships team) is responsible for making robust commercial investment decisions to advance energy efficiency and energy related carbon reduction across the private sector Business markets.
The newly-created Business Products and Partnerships Lead role will join the Products and Partnerships team and ensure that EECA's business products continue to be high quality and fit for purpose to meet our decarbonisation objectives. In this role, you would have the opportunity to lead EECA's engagement with key partners to achieve effective collaboration on EECA's decarbonisation and promotion objectives.
The role gets to work across a broad range of EECA's business focussed products and programmes, while also working with our partners in the area of capability and capacity building.

To be successful in this role, you'll have the following:
- Product development experience, with the proven ability to deliver projects
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Passion for EECA's purpose
You may already be working in the energy, carbon reduction or sustainability fields, or you could come from a background in training and accreditation programmes.
