We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our General Manager - Corporate and Market Services. This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of our organisation, ensuring smooth operations while driving continuous improvement in processes and ways of working.
About the role
As Executive Assistant, you'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and streamline processes to enable our GM to focus on strategic priorities. You'll also play a key role in identifying and improving processes to enhance efficiency and support collaboration across the leadership team.

Our ideal candidate
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- proven experience in an EA, project coordination, or high-level administrative role
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to anticipate needs and proactively improve processes
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
