Fixed-term, full-time

We require an excellent Service Centre Analyst in our Service Centre team, to work across campuses in the Wellington region on an as required basis.

Applicants should have the following:

  • A passion for technology with strong analytical, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
  • A focused and positive attitude, high motivation, a hunger to learn and challenge themselves and always seek to improve how things are done
  • Practical and demonstrable skills with Microsoft operating systems, Apple MAC technologies, active directory, remote support, Office 365, general office, mail and desktop applications
  • A fundamental understanding of network concepts and ability to get hands-on with desktop hardware, mobile devices, multi-function devices and audio visual systems
  • Excellent customer service skills, phone manner and written communication skills
  • Own transport (preferable)
  • Be a NZ Resident or have a current working visa
