We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Leasing Manager to join our Property Team.
 
As Property Leasing Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day Property Management of the Department Of Corrections – Community Corrections Sites Property Portfolio, ensuring all accommodation leases and associated lease contracts are managed efficiently and in line with Department policies and procedures.
 
The role includes negotiation of property acquisition and disposal in association with annual CCS property portfolio plans and regional strategies.
 
You will have
  • a comprehensive knowledge and experience (5+ years) of managing a large property portfolio within a corporate or government environment, and
  • a proven track record in negotiating agreements to lease (including acquisitions), leases, rent reviews and other related property transactions. 

Other desirable skills include proven experience in client management, project management and lease contract administration skills and a sound understanding of legislation relating to the administration and management of commercial property.

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work load is key, as is well developed interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to lead co-operative efforts, and influence and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes.
