We have an AMAZING opportunity for a Case Manager to join our Work Service Team on a permanent basis.

We are also responsible for finding the right people for our Region's horticulture employers. This is about making sure we have our people ready to work by supporting our local offices with up to date information about the season.


About the role


As a Case Manager your role is to work alongside the Work Services Team and support them by doing the following:
 

  • Assessing transition to work entitlements
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from benefit to employment
  • Delivering information to people in the work place
  • Group facilitation
  • Providing and monitoring in work support
  • Helping people apply online
  • be involved with planning and achieving results


What skills do I need to be a Case Manager?


You need to have strong relationship and negotiation skills. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, pressured environment and enjoy navigating through unexpected challenges. You will be confident in group situations.  You are highly motivated to achieve and enjoy problem solving.  You need to have a good sense of humor and look on the bright side.   The team is serious about what they do and are out to achieve the best results for the region, employers and clients and also enjoy the lighter side of life. You will believe that everyone who wants to work, deserves an opportunity to work.
