Inland Revenue's Business Transformation Programme has enabled us to build new capabilities and to work differently, and we're in the middle of an exciting initiative designed to build IR's Māori cultural capability.
The Te Arapiki learning programme will include delivery of learning assets, including multi-media rich content and face to face learning, that builds the capability of IR people across the range of capabilities aligned to the Te Arawhiti cultural capabilities framework. All staff and leaders at Inland Revenue (IR), and the organisation itself, will be able to use Te Arapiki to plan, develop and monitor progress and development against Māori Crown capabilities.
This secondmentis an opportunity for someone with strong experience coordinating multi-faceted programmes of work within large, complex organisations and management of multiple stakeholders and vendors. Given the strong focus on people, you will have an interest in either organisational development or cultural change initiatives with the proven ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.
