Position Details:

We are seeking a capable individual with the relevant skills and experience to coordinate and manage processes for effective an efficient Integrated Records Management Systems. This role will also support the Team Leader - Institutional Records to implement systems, processes and procedures for strategic operational decisions.

Key accountabilities

  • Apply best practice approaches to information and records management
  • Support operationalisation of information using, sharing, storing and destruction
  • Support the Team Leader to develop policy and procedures for WelTec and Whitireia

Essential knowledge and skills

You will have a relevant records management qualification and/or experience with knowledge and experience in Records Management, Archives NZ and Public Records Act.

You will need demonstrate the following:

  • Process improvement expertise
  • Relationship and stakeholder management experience
  • High degree of analytical and critical thinking skills e.g. mathematics
