The Auckland Psychology Clinic at Massey University is a mental health service and training centre operated by Massey University's School of Psychology.
We seek to be a safe, supportive and compassionate space to discuss any difficulties people might currently be experiencing. Our team of registered clinical psychologists can help with a wide range of psychological difficulties. We are experienced in a range of areas to help support clients.
As part of the Massey University School of Psychology we are a clinical training centre. We provide clinical practicum experience and internships to students completing postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology.
We are now seeking to appoint a full-time Client Services Administrator on our Albany Campus for the Massey University Psychology Clinic in an ongoing role. This role will also provide administrative support to School of Psychology staff.
The successful applicant will play a key role in administration in a clinic setting which include reception and secretarial duties in the clinic, managing clinic financial administration, assist the Clinic Director in all functions of the clinic and ensure our students are supported through the provision of guidance of administrative processes relating to the clinic. A wider part of this role also encompasses support to Psychology academic staff in the School of Psychology.

The employment setting will involve work with people across the lifespan and applicants will be required to comply with the requirements of the Vulnerable Children Act 2014 and the Vulnerable Children (Requirements for Safety Checks of Children's Workers) Regulations 2015.
