Natural Hazard Commission - Toka Tū Ake
About the role | Mo te mahi
- Lead a centralised Policy and Government relations functions within NHC Toka Tū Ake
- Provide timely expert advice to Executive Leadership Team, NHC board via Chief Strategy Officer
- Lead NHC Toka Tū Ake operational relationship with key Government agencies and the Ministers office
- Develop a focused policy work program with the policy team to support our strategic objectives

To be successful in this role you will require the following
- Experience and credibility in leadership positions at a similar level, i.e. 5+ years in a senior management role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably to a post-graduate level and/or equivalent experience.
- Excellence in people leadership, management and development.
- Demonstrated thought leader with experience of resolving issues in a pragmatic way.
