Job Description

Join the People and Culture team at Wintec.

Want a role where you help to transform culture and build a learning organisation?

Are you excited by building effective blended and e-learning content? Do you have a vision and skills for managing a staff learning management system and getting staff engaged with the LMS?

About the role

Come and join our modern and dynamic People & Culture team where you can impact strategic organisational development, working in an empowering and high-trust team culture.

We enjoy a good laugh, a lot of character, and promote being our authentic selves at work. That said we work exceptionally hard between the chuckles - but continuously gain positivity and energy from each other to get through even the most grueling of days.

This is your opportunity to join a team that will bring out the best in you, in an organisation that aspires to lead the change in tertiary education and model modern working practices.

Are you the ideal candidate?

This role is critical to the success in rolling-out and embedding Wintec's new Learning Management System to all staff, ensuring high levels of engagement and adoption are achieved.

You will provide project co-ordination supporting the change lead and project team to ensure success.

You will be responsible for day to day operational support for the coordination, design and implementation of learning and development activities and will act as 'in-house' expert in LMS system functionality and capability.

You will be innovative in developing strategies for LMS integration using your experience in instructional design and the creation of interactive e-learning.

You will work in partnerships closely with the LMS vendor, project team, People & Culture and staff on workflow processes and standards for the creation, deployment, tracking/reporting, and maintenance of data and content within the LMS.
