Service Design and Implementation (SD&I) work across a myriad of projects and programmes of work. We are a dynamic team who design operational services which are implemented for offenders in the community and prisons.


This role will be responsible for building capability and confidence in operational design and implementation practice alongside the SD&I management team. It is a pivotal position leading the design, development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate methodologies, supporting frameworks, guidance and exemplars to strengthen our operational design and implementation practice.


To be effective you will possess communication skills that engender commitment from others whilst being able to persuade and influence when appropriate. Your natural style will be to work collaboratively with purpose and flare.  You will possess strong business acumen, resilience and the drive to develop systems and frameworks that are effective in supporting and raising practice capability.


To be successful in this role you will present with experience in operational design, preferably within an area governed by clear legislative requirements coupled with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
